British media figure Piers Morgan blasted Michelle Obama’s comments on US President Donald Trump’s deportation policy.
In the appearance of “Podcast with Jay Setty,” Michelle Obama candidly discuss her “fear” about the treatment of immigration under the Trump administration. She condemned the racism behind the deportation decision and raised concerns about all people of color in the United States.
“There is so much prejudice and so much racism and so much ignorance that it provides such options for these choices. I’m worried about people of color in this country, and I don’t know we’re going to have advocates to protect everyone. … It scares me and it keeps me in my shape at night.”
Piers Morgan, however, did not show kindness to the former First Lady’s speech. He claims that her husband, Barack Obama, is described as the “greatest expeller” in American history, and he deserves such criticism.
“Her husband is the greatest driver in the history of the US president – the person who kicked out 3m+ in 8 years. Did that get her up at night?” Morgan posted.
