Ifeanyi Okowa, the former of Delta Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, revealed this in Arise News, noting that Atiku’s decision is already known.
Okowa himself recently rebelled with the entire Delta PDP structure all the Progress Conference (APC).
Former Triangle State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa revealed that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is preparing to leave the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) before the 2027 elections.
Okowa recently rebelled against all the Progress Conference (APC) along with the entire Delta PDP structure.

“I did communicate with him and we will hold a stakeholder meeting this week (last week) and it will be a leadership meeting and the results of this meeting will determine our next path because we are no longer satisfied with the PDP,” Okowa said. “And I also know that he has left the PDP from the newsletter he passed on to me, and the Nigerians already know it.”
Okowa, not allied with his people, expressed regret that he supported the Southern candidate in the 2023 presidential election, rather than accepting Atiku’s campaign partner.
“Even when we were on the campaign trail, I realized that our people weren’t interested in getting another Northerner to power,” he said.
