Sean Diddy’s comb’s lawyer asked the judge to submit a gag order to prevent lawyers who made public statements on behalf of the alleged victims.

In a letter filed on Tuesday, April 29, Combs’ lawyers said that despite their previous request for the gag to call, several attorneys representing the alleged victims and witnesses continued to “negatively promote” the jury to “negatively promote” their clients.

Combs’ team specifically represents Douglas Wigdor of former Cassie Ventura, who is called the Media.

“Without a court order, we expect publicity will not only continue, but also escalate as the trial begins,” they wrote to U.S. District Court Judge Arun Subramanian.

“Indeed, in recent weeks, lawyers from government witnesses have commented on pretrial litigation and continue to broadcast prejudice statements.”

They pointed out that Wigdor’s comments on Combs’ requests to keep surveillance videos of the rapper’s hair pulling and dragging Ventura in the 2016 Los Angeles hotel corridor as she tried to escape.

Although defense attorneys tried to prevent the videotape from being played for jurors, the judge ruled that it would remain evidence.

The decision was a big blow to Diddy, as his lawyer claimed that the videos originally aired by CNN were “edited” and “manipulated”.

Wigdor told Dailymail.com that he plans to respond to GAG order requests.

“We will vigorously oppose the motion to seek extraordinary gag order, as it is an obvious attempt to control and violate recognized legal and moral precedents by Shen Mo’s victims and their lawyers,” Wigdo said. “In view of this, it is no surprise that the comb doesn’t even cite a case to support his demands.”

The defense attorney also called Lisa Bloom, who also represented another witness in prosecution.

Although the witness has not been named, Bloom represents former singer Dawn Richard, a former member of the Combs girl group Danity Kane.
