
A 38-year-old Nigerian man caused serious injury to police corporal in the left ear in the magistrate court, causing serious injury to the left ear bite Leave in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Okenyehike Kelvin Obianke was charged with biting the ear of Danielrul Azraq Ahmad Khair, 36, in front of a clinic in Metro Prima, Kepong on April 25, 2025.
He entered the plea before Wednesday, April 30, after attorney S. Mageswary read the charges.
Unrepresented Obianke said the incident was unintentional.
“I don’t have any intimacy,” the private university student said.
The charges under Article 325 of the Criminal Code are sentenced to up to seven years in prison and a fine.

Additionally, in another district court, Obianke claimed to have tried two charges: no valid travel documents entered Malaysia and consumed benzos (Nimetazepam).
He made a request at Magistrate Atiqah Mohamed @mohamad saim.
He allegedly committed crimes before the same clinic on April 25 and at 3 p.m. on April 26 at the headquarters of the Narcotics Investigation Department.
Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act shall be punished under Section 6(3), fines up to RM10,000 or up to five years, or both, and not less than six eyelashes.
A fine of up to RM5,000 or up to two years in prison for drug offences under section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act.
The mention is scheduled for July 23.
On April 25, Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa said that the corporal lost part of his left ear when responding to a distress call from Kepeng’s Metro Prima after being bitten by an offensive foreigner.
He said foreigners performed unruly in a private clinic, prompting staff to call the police.
On Tuesday, Assistant Commissioner of Sentul Regional Police Chief Ahmad Sukarno Mohd Zahari said the corporal’s ears have not been reconnected due to possible infection.
He said the current doctor at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital will reassess the corporal’s condition today and then decides to perform surgery to reschedule part of the ear.
The Corporal assisted in arresting Obianke and putting him in a police car.
