Legendary American rapper Fat Joe is taking legal action against his former hype after allegedly spreading false allegations about him on social media.
according to TMZ, Joey Crack filed a defamation lawsuit against Terrance “TA” Dixon after calling Joe a pedophile in a social outpost.
In the lawsuit, the leader of the terrorist squad and his attorney, Joe Tacopina, said Dixon failed to make the charge after he and his attorney, Tyron Blackburn, tried to ask for money from Fat Joe.
“These allegations are totally wrong and are part of a well-planned criminal plot between a disgruntled former hypeman and his lawyer.” TMZ.
“The two have been working together to blackmail my exquisiteness and ridiculous needs, changing every day.” “The ruthless threats, harassment and slander I experienced are totally pathetic as they peddled mean lies. I am taking legal action to expose their misconduct, and I am totally confident that the facts will reveal that this is more than a scam of deception and despair.”
In the lawsuit, Joe explained that Dixon started working in 2006 after “tilt” the rapper gave him a rare opportunity to join his team. He said he gave Dixon compensation, including luxury travel and travel opportunities. Their partnership has no problems in 2019.
After Dixon hired him earlier this year, Tyron Blackburn sent Joe a letter in March asking for money for his past jobs. Joe said Dickson began to step up the attack online, falsely claiming that Joe had blocked his attempt to obtain funds for the record company.
In response, Blackburn told TMZ Joe filed “an unfounded lawsuit to mitigate the blow to what is about to happen. It won’t work. Fat Joe has a lot of explanations to do.”
Tacopina sent a stop and defense lawyer to Blackburn and claimed that Blackburn’s actions were “part of a criminal blackmail plan planned by lawyers who recently condemned federal judges for abuse of the court system and pressured the defendants.”
“Mr. Cartagena will not be intimidated by fabricated claims, about witnesses or shameless threats,” Tacopina said. “We are taking immediate legal action to expose this fraud scheme and we will put all responsible parties in full responsibility.”
