A year after the release of the virus trailer, prompting conversations around the region and becoming the hottest topic on Twitter, West Africa’s largest fact-content studio, Chude Jideonwo Presents has finally released our Docu series “Is this your money?”
Announced an official trailer released on the Instagram handle of its director Chude Jideonwo (@Chudeity).
The four-part documentary series is “The ultimate story of how Diezani Alison-Madueke went from Africa’s most powerful woman to Nigeria’s most wanted international fugitive.”
To date, it is known as West Africa’s largest budget documentary, funded primarily by the MacArthur Foundation and was shot dead in 3 countries (Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United States) as well as in 8 cities.
“This has been the toughest three years of research, shooting, investment, fact-checking, post-production and resistance to multiple threats,” said director Gidenwoo.
Part 1 was released this morning and is now only available in the premium streaming service. Parts 2-4 will be released weekly.
The documentary has won the “Best Documentary” award in Nigeria and is exhibited at international film festivals around the world.
It is produced with Ynaija Studios and Capital Film Productions.
