A Sha’aban Magaji revealed that he and his family were deported by gangsters and are currently living in the Internal Displaced Persons (IDP) in Gusau, the capital of Zamfara state.
Magaji revealed this in a Facebook post on Saturday, May 3, 2025, when he tagged a year since Bandits invaded his residence in the Kotorkoshi community, the Bungudu local government area of the state and kidnapped his three children as well as security personnel.
Magaji said he paid the ransom for the release of the child’s ransom, and they have been living in Gusau since then.
“It’s been a year since armed bandits attacked and kidnapped my three children. All the children in Alhamdulillah were released because I paid the ransom and now live with my family in Gusau, now an internally displaced person,” he lamented.
