Akinyi Helen, a Kenyan woman, has been publicly exposed to her alleged betrayal at the hands of her “jealous” sister.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, May 3, 2025, Helen revealed that her parents raised her sister like a daughter after they separated, ensuring she received her education.
However, in return, her sister allegedly had an affair with her partner.
She claimed that despite her forgiveness of her sister, the girl allegedly began a secret campaign to destroy her reputation, recruit friends against her, and spread it behind her back.
According to Helen, she found that her sister had been texting the child’s father and repeatedly asked him for money.
“How do people deal with jealous sisters? This lady is my sister. We shared the same mom. I’m 13 years older than her. So I always thought she was like my daughter.”
“A lot of things happened when I was a teenager and our parents were separated. I decided to take my siblings to live with them. I educated my sister until she graduated.
My sister paid me back by sleeping with my man. That’s why I’m low-key in marriage hating, because part of me feels that men are just evil people. Who is that? I forgave my sister, but then her jealousy continued to grow every day. She recruited her friends to hate me. On my face, she acted innocently and spoke very softly, but behind the scenes, she told people that I was an evil sister.
I started using sea salt last October and by December my sister could no longer hide her hatred for me. I even took a vacation in Mombasa and ended up leaving her there.
Recently, she texted my child’s father everywhere for money and I let it slide. She developed a habit and I had to stop that nonsense. This lady is very salty now and tries to ruin everything for me.
When I said I no longer want kids. I don’t want my daughter to go through the nonsense I went through in the name of siblings. What should I do with this lady? I’m going to post here because I don’t have family to share with. I am a lonely person.
