The EFCC, the Commission on Economic and Financial Crimes, has carried out a mission to address economic and financial crimes, invited Martins Vincent Otse, due to a series of petitions involving miscellaneous issues suspected of financial crimes against him. Although his known address and communication media sent him several invitations, he refused to show up. The petition is related to the grave Allegations of financial malfeasance that the Commission cannot ignore.
The EFCC has the legal right to detain OTSE, just like any other suspect the committee is investigating. In this regard, appropriate remand orders were obtained. He was granted administrative bail and will be released upon meeting all bail conditions.
The Committee thanks Nigerians for their interests in their business. Responses to enthusiasm, enthusiasm and tendency to all of its activities are welcome. However, hints about their motivation to perform tasks are no longer continued. The EFCC should be allowed to complete the work without fear or pampering. Once the investigation is concluded, the charges will be filed.
