On May 7, a police agent attached to the Atani department police headquarters while patrolling, recovered a burned body in a waste dump in Iyiowa Odekpe.
Police said the discovery was allegedly a suspected victim of jungle justice.
Preliminary police investigations show that the deceased of the gang members specifically steals car turrets. The victim was allegedly caught and burned by an angry mob after a crime operation in the area, while other gang members escaped the scene.
