Popular blogger and artist Tunde Ednut has officially become a U.S. citizen. But that’s not all – he also received the honor signed by former U.S. President Joe Biden.
Tunde made the announcement on Instagram and shared photos of his U.S. passport with the medal card. He wrote in the title:
“Congratulations! Not only a citizen! I have also been recognized by the President of the United States. I am honored and lucky.”
The award is presented to individuals who provide over 4,000 hours of volunteering to the community.
Celebrity reactions flooded in. Tiwa Savage joked in the comments: “In this picture, you are handsome now…na ai.” Others including Davido, Cubana’s chief pastor and Etiko, and others also expressed their congratulations.
This is not the first major endorsement of Tunde. Back in January 2025, he received a Certificate of Accreditation in Prince George County, Maryland for his impact on African diaspora communities.
