Philip Ogbuehi, a 46-year-old man, was linked to a lawsuit by a man who asked not to be named while arguing in a lounge in Lagos, Ogidan Sangotedo.
According to the Lagos State Police Department, the incident occurred on May 6, 2025, during a period of intense communication between Ogbuehi and the deceased.
Ogbuehi allegedly slammed the victim in the chest, causing him to lose consciousness.
The deceased was quickly taken to the hospital, but was later confirmed by medical staff to DE@D.
An investigation is underway and police have not released the victim’s identity.
