    EFCC removes foreign countries from CBEX encryption fraud investigation list, Ellie Bitar

    The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) removed his foreign national Elie Bitar from his wanted list after it had previously announced that he and seven other wanted criminals were involved in the Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX) fraud scandal.
