In a testimony on the second day in Manhattan federal court, Cassie Ventura claimed Diddy raped her in her Los Angeles apartment after trying to leave her relationship. She described being forced to participate in the alleged so-called comb “Freak”prolonged sexual meetings involving male escorts, he will record and supervise.
Cassie emotionally reveals her fear of being leaked, which may have damaged her career and reputation. “I’m worried about my career. I’m worried about my family. It’s just embarrassing and terrifying. No one should do this to anyone.” She testified.
Prosecutors introduced graphic still images of the alleged video, obviously disturbing jurors, in court. In addition to abuse, Cassie also disclosed details of the violence, including the 2013 attack that required stitches to hurt her head and captured the 2016 hotel offense in security video.
SMS exchanged between Cassie and Combs was also used as evidence and cited these so-called drug use and preparation conversations “Freak.” In a message, Combs urged her to stay away from ketamine before the meeting, while Cassie expressed her emotional exhaustion.
Cassie initially filed a lawsuit against COMBS in 2023, which was quickly resolved for $20 million. Since then, several women have filed similar charges. Combs, who has been in custody since September 2024, faces serious charges, including force, fraud or coercion and rackets.
Although his legal team acknowledged domestic violence, they firmly denied claims of sexual trafficking and organized crime, but believed that the government unfairly targeted the comb in search of its personal sexual preferences.
The trial is expected to last for several weeks, continuing to reveal disturbing narratives from other so-called victims, furthering the dark chapters in the history of the music industry.
