Iyaganku magistrate Ibadan ordered a 34-year-old man, Femi James, to be held in a correctional facility allegedly suspected of R3 r3 sisters and another sister.
James did not provide an address and was charged with R3PE.
Magistrate Majesty Mrs. Adebola Adeola did not appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
She directed police to return the case files to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for legal advice.
She then adjourned the case until June 19.
Earlier, prosecutor, sergeant. Kehinde Olarotimi told the court that the defendant committed a crime in the Akobo area of Ibadan from 2017 to 2025.
He said the defendants had illegally learned about the physical knowledge of three sisters and another sister without their consent.
He said the crime violated Article 358 of the Oyo State Criminal Code of 2000.
