Gistlover recently reported on the death of a beloved actor, whose widow Jennifer Odonwodo announced heartbreaking news on social media and shared a touching tribute.

In response to Jennifer’s message, veteran actress Rita Edochie also expressed deep sadness about the loss.

Edochie reflects a painful reality that the late actor’s son, Jnr Pope, is expected to put his father on a rest in his later years – but fate has changed differently.

She shared her sorrow and revealed her feelings about her death, noting that it was JNR Pope, who was originally arranged to oversee her father’s funeral.

According to Edochie, the actor’s father died peacefully after living a long and fulfilling life. She acknowledged the power and blessings of this man, especially considering the tragedy of losing her son earlier.

This is not the first time that Rita Edochie has publicly mourned the actor. Just a few weeks ago, on the anniversary of his death, she posted photos and videos of them taking together, accompanied by heartfelt messages from his memory.
