“We tried, but this didn’t work” – Peter on why P square split

Nigerian singer Peter Okoye (aka Mr. P-square Duo) is open to his twin brother Paul Okoye (aka Rudeboy).

According to him, the joy brought by a solo career.

In a recent interview with Cool FM, Mr P urged fans to respect their decisions and stressed that they tried to continue as a duo, but that didn’t work.

“It brings a fun to be alone. Please respect our decision. We have tried it and it didn’t work,” he said.

The Daily Mail recalled that Paul confirmed in August last year that p-square broke down again. The group first split in 2016 but reunited in 2021.
