Nigerian comedian, singer and skier maker Lawal Michael Nasiru Bolaji (commonly known as Nasboi) launched an unusual public campaign to secure a musical collaboration with Afrobeats Superstar, David Adeleke, David Adeleke, famously known as Davido.
On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, Nasboi announced through his social media page that he will embark on a 36-day journey in 36 Nigeria states, kneel before the government secretariat to show dedication and call for cooperation, a verse. David in his new song project.
Nasboi, famous for his songs Small money and umbrellathis bold move stems from his long-term admiration for music stars. He recalls his journey to fame began in 2019. To kick off his campaign, Nasboi shared a photo of himself, kneeling down with the Osen State Government Secretariat, which marked 001. On Thursday, May 29, he headed to Kano State University to continue his mission, which also attracted David’s attention.
The movement has since attracted David’s attention. He responded to Nasboi’s post in the comments section and wrote in teasing words: “settings.”
