Kizz Daniel confirmed in the official announcement that he now has the master of his debut album New Age.
Afrobeats star Kizz Daniel officially announced that he now has the lead record of all the songs from his debut album “New Era”.
The artist shared news with fans via social media, an important milestone in his career, as well as a powerful statement about creative control and artistic independence.
“New Era” released under the G-Worldwide tag in 2016 became a breakthrough project for Kizz Daniel, with House Nimeless hits such as “Woju”, “Laye”, “Laye”, “Mama” and “Good Time”.
The album made him the leading voice of Nigerian pop music and played a key role in shaping the contemporary Afrobeats sound.
However, later, associated with his record label with song rights and artistic freedom, the success of the “New Era” was overshadowed by legal struggles and contract disputes.
In 2017, Kizz Daniel split up with G-worldwide, sparking a highly publicized legal battle over his stage title and music catalog, especially the new era album.
The dispute temporarily reshapes the artist as “Kiss Daniel” after performing under the record label’s “Kiss Daniel.”
Despite legal restrictions, he continued to thrive independently and founded his own brand Flyboy Inc.
