Nigerian street jump singer Habeeb Okikiola (commonly known as Portable) made headlines after claiming he nearly escaped a potentially life-threatening incident during a live show in Ikorodu in Lagos.

In videos now doing rounds on social media ZaziOO Hitmaker claims an unknown person is trying to inject him on stage entertainment fans. Portable is known for his exciting stage presence and outspoken character, which he described in Ikorodu as a painful experience similar to the tragic environment of fellow deaths Mobad.

“I went to the Ikorodu show and they injected me. They wanted to kill me like Mohbad.” Portable said in a video shared via his Instagram page. He tells how a man allegedly came out of a crowd and tried to stab him with a syringe before reacting by hitting an individual with a microphone.

The situation quickly fell into chaos, and anxious crowds flocked to the singers. Portable revealed that despite no physical fight, the commotion injured him. “We didn’t go to the show. It was just chaos. They hit my legs while trying to hug me.” He explained that a noticeable swelling of the leg was revealed in the clip.

The apparently shaken artist suggested that the so-called attack could have been orchestrated by those who wished to see his fall. The incident has since attracted widespread attention from fans and followers, with many calling for higher safety measures for artists during public appearances.

As of this report, the security authorities or event organizers have not issued an official statement about the so-called incident.
