Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola (commonly known as portable) has sparked a reaction online after telling the story of her encounter with Labour presidential candidate Peter Obi.
In videos shared on social media Zazoo Zeh Crooner revealed that he met a politician during a recent flight. According to Portable, Peter Obi was in the economic zone of the plane when he was in the first class.
The singer expressed disappointment, and the only thing he had obtained from former Governor Anambra was a handshake. He went on to suggest that if it were another politician, such as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he would be gifted cash.
“The day I met Peter Obi, I didn’t lie, that was just the handshake I got. I was in first class and Peter Obi was financially. I greeted him and he just gave me a handshake. If it were Tinubu, I would collect the bundles,” Portable sigh.
His remarks have since reacted differently on social media, with many criticizing his expectations while others feel humorous in the singer’s legend.
“Perer Obi is very selfish – I met him; he only gave me a handshake. But if I met President Tinubu, he would give me the money.”
