    Snails (including dry snails) are small mollusks that cause severe damage in your garden or crawl on the sidewalk after rain. However, in most developed countries, snails are a delicious treat.

    Snails can be prepared in many different ways, one of which is a dry snail. In this article, we will look at some basic facts, health benefits, and snail recipes.

    Snails are enjoyed when they are cooked. An example of a delicious dish that can be prepared with snails is “d’e oeuvre”, called “es eScargot” or fried in Indian dishes, called Sate Kakul.

    Today, most people will find snail meat disgusting, but in this article, if you fall into that category, the impasse may be alleviated because snails not only have a unique flavor, but also provide significant health benefits, nutrients and vitamins that may be good for us.

    How to prepare a dry snail

    As mentioned earlier, snail meat is consumed mainly by Africans, especially Nigerians in the eastern region. Snail meat is sometimes called Congo meat.

    Soak your snails and set them aside to soften.

    Cut vegetables; red pepper and onion – crushed garlic. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant.

    Add the chopped pepper, bouillon, cayenne pepper and crushed crayfish and sauté for five minutes.

    Make sure to cover the snail and cook it on medium-low heat to allow the chili and aromatic flavor to sink completely.

    Add the soaked dry snails, cover the pan, and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. The pot must be covered so that the flavor and juice can sink into the snail.

    About halfway, taste the salt and spices and make adjustments if necessary. Service and enjoy!

    This snail food is usually eaten alone as a quick snack or party food. You can enjoy a delicious low-carb dinner with rice.
