Fraud Sacrifice: God does not share loot with the liar, can slam the prophet fufeyinFraud Sacrifice: God does not share loot with the liar, can slam the prophet fufeyin

The Christian Society in Nigeria scanned the Prophet, Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, the Governor of the Saving Ministry of Christ Mercyland, whose claim was that the “first fruit” could eliminate sin, including those committed by fraudsters.

The priest’s claim can be described as “Heresy,” warns Nigerians not to be misled by missionaries with “suspicious theological background.”

Fufeyin filed a claim while preaching at his church.

According to him The first fruit brings miraculous blessings and forgiveness.

First, Christian practice is to take a person’s first and best part of his harvest, income or income as an act of gratitude and faith.

Rooted in the Old Testament doctrine, it is believed that tradition respects God with the yield of one’s labor.

Fufeyin, known by his members as Papa JJ, has been a subject of controversy, especially on social media, with many of his teachings and activities sparking widespread criticism.

The Warri-based pastor has been criticized for promoting and selling its miracle products, including special soaps, oils and perfumes, claiming to address a variety of personal, mental and health challenges.

His critics accused him of exploiting his vulnerable followers by commercializing his faith.

In 2024, the National Food and Drug Administration and control agencies investigated some of his mental products, claiming they were able to cure infertility and other medical conditions.

In videos circulating on social media, the pastor insisted that the first fruit products had such a spiritual weight that even the greatest sin could cover.

Although the pastor made this claim in his sermon published in January 2022, the online resurfaced clip attracted criticism from many Nigerians.

The pastor encouraged his members to bring the first fruits to the church, he said, “Your first income, let it hurt, try God. It’s not that there is no blessing in the year, but the first fruit you give it to the Lord, it breaks the agreement, and even your sins, it cancels them.”

According to him, just as Jesus Christ was the first fruit of God’s redemption of mankind, believers who donate their first income to God will enjoy forgiveness and richness.

“When God sees that this man (pointing to a man in the congregation) is a fraudster, called 419, but because of the first fruit, God said when He was at the place when the angels were ascending and descending, He said, I the Lord, God of Israel, God of Abraham, I’m surely behind you because of first fruit, that is the product of first fruit,” the cleric said to the cheering of his congregation.

But Abimbola Ayuba’s claim to pastors is the State Director of State for National Issues and Social Welfare God is not fraudulent, he added that he not only “shares stolen goods with fraudsters” or forgives sins because of the devotion provided by the church.

He said: “Heresis and false teaching. The problem cannot be joined with people of doubtful theological background. It can be recognized in the five groups of people who have approved God and God, which can constitute it. It recognizes reasonable theological teachings and respects the various tribes of its members.

“You can’t interact with people with suspicious backgrounds who manipulate innocent Nigerians and deceive their hard-earned resources.

“God is not a fraud. He has more treasures than any one. He has everything about himself. He is not a thief who shares his trophy with the liar.”
The Lagos State chairman of Stephen Adegbite, chairman of Lagos State, also responded to this, deeming the preaching as irrelevant.

He challenged Fufeyin to provide biblical evidence for his position, warning that such doctrine could encourage people to continue sinning in the hope that their annual dedication would exempt them.

“He (fufeyin) is breaking away from the context, he doesn’t know what he is saying, but we should not be disturbed by such missionaries, because the Bible says in the end that there will be false teachers whose God is not called by God, but they will say that God calls them.

Adegbite said: “He should let us know that God gives the instructions in the Bible that when you do this, your sins will be forgiven, so you can continue to sin and hope you will give something at the beginning of the year.”

The effort to get Fufeyin to clarify his claims in his preaching was not successful, because the phone and text messages sent to his known mobile lines were not responded when submitting the report.

When our correspondent called the phone number listed on the church’s official website, a female respondent refused to respond directly.

If you see what you want to believe on social (media), no problem. What you usually do on social media, their preaching is different from what your people explain, then, if you want to know the Bible or anything he says, you will boil down to the administrators of the church and turn to the media through the media and reject copies of the media.
