The Lagos State Independent Election Commission (LASIEC) has declared all Progressive Conferences (APCs) to be the winners of all 20 local government chair positions in the LGA election.
The party also secured chairs in all 37 local council development zones (LCDAs), consolidating its dominance in the state’s local government structure.
In addition to the chairman’s victory, the APC also swept 375 MP positions, leaving the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) with only one MP seat.
