    • In a viral video shared by @asakygrn on X, the man claimed that Omah Lay convinced him despite initially reluctance to borrow money.

A man who claims to be an old friend of singer Omah Lay accused the artist of owing him ₦ 12,000 borrowed from 12,000 in 2014 for the Ponzi scheme.

In a viral video shared by @asakygrn on X, the man claimed that Omah Lay convinced him despite initially reluctance to borrow money.

He insisted that the debt was still unpaid, causing a mixed reaction online, with some users laughing at the claim while others questioning the timing.

His words: “He owed me 12,000. When he put on the hood, he told me to invest in MMM. I said I didn’t do these things, but he said it was profitable because others were doing it. He asked me to ask for 12,000. I gave him ₦12,000.”

    See some reactions below:

@Keeng_Ezzy: “Since 2014.. Today’s price of 12,000 naira should be about 1.2 million πŸ˜‚ omah omah lay lay lay asap!”

@jthr999: “This is true. He has no suitable Dee lying in the top 12k of the top 12k.

@okados012: “My brother won help Oma promote his song ni jare.”

@oladyussuf: “Brother, I can’t leave my friend like this.”
