Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani dies at the age of 91

Italian designer Giorgio Armani, who founded his own company of the same name in 1975 and became synonymous with electric lawsuits, died at the age of 91. Armani Group announced Thursday that global fashion icon died at his home in Milan.

“Due to infinite sadness, Armani Group announced the death of its creator, founder and relentless driver,” Fashion House said in a statement.
The company added that he was “peacefully surrounded by loved ones”. “Drainingly, he worked until the last few days, dedicated himself to the company, collections, and a variety of, ever-growing projects that are available and ongoing.”
