Yinka Theisen, the ex-fiance of actor Linc Edochie, vowed to succumb to pressure despite facing 500 million lawsuits since May.
Instead of going back, Theisen opened fire in May, accusing her of going too far and warning her to be well prepared for a long messy legal showdown.
On August 19, 2025, a cessation letter was issued by a legal representative at Grey’s legal partner in May. The document asked Theisen to withdraw her alleged defamatory online remarks, apologize to the public, and pay 500 million in compensation.
According to the notice, Theisen’s post seriously neglected May’s reputation and allegedly triggered a wave of online harassment against her, causing “irreparable damage” to her personal image and business ventures.
However, the demands of Thais have not wavered. In response via Instagram, she accused May of allegedly exposing her private address to the public, endangering her safety.
Theisen’s dismissal of the legal threat was ridiculous, boldly announcing that she was ready to deal with her lawsuit.
She wrote:
“Yul Edochie is violating my privacy again. Put my address on social media. You’re so crazy!” Do you think you’re the only person who can file a legal lawsuit? Prepare for lifelong legal action. ”
Theisen kept stopping there, going further in another post, the brand might be “a clown” and dared her to continue the case.
