    • Aproko Doctor has warned women about fraudulent pregnancy plans, and liars claim not to always get pregnant by ultrasound.
    • He described it as a “crime racket” where the victim was taken to drugs to imitate a pregnancy and later trafficked babies.
Doctor Aproko emphasizes how stories and culture affect human behavior

Popular Nigerian health influencer Dr Chinonso Egemba (Aproko Doctor) has raised alarms on scams targeting desperate women looking for pregnancy solutions.

On X, he wrote: “If you are pregnant, you can see it with an ultrasound scan.” The fraudsters pumped the drug women before imitating pregnancy before handing them to the trafficked babies, the fraudsters said. He described it as “Crime Racket” This can make use of women emotionally and financially.

Actress Bambam testified online that a warning surfaced after a woman in her church became pregnant for more than three years. Bambam called it a miracle, but medical experts dismissed the claim.

Dr. Olusina Ajidahun, co-founder of Priv Health and A WHO member, responded to the concerns of Aproko Doctor. He republished the 2023 thread, which he called “mysterious pregnancy” one of the health department’s biggest frauds.

According to him: “The women were infused with hormones that mimicked pregnancy, showed fake scans, and were told not to seek a second opinion… On delivery day, calm women were given babies they never carried.”

An African eye investigation conducted by the BBC in 2024 also exposed the scam, finding the facilities of the victims being detained, injected, refused to scan and eventually appear in the baby.

Both doctors warned that the plans thrived in despair and misinformation. “It’s time to break this cycle,” They urged women to seek proven medical services and avoid unproven claims of miracles.
