Peter Okoye blames fans for psquare's breakup

Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, commonly known as Mr. P, was once half of the iconic Psquare duo, and recently found himself having a fierce online conversation with social media users.

The show started with X (formerly Twitter) when a fan urged Peter to abandon his disagreement, also known as Rudeboy, with his twin brother, Paul Okoye, and restore their famous partnership. With the help of political comparisons, users advised him to “like Wike and Fubara” to prioritize money over emotion and to reunite for fans.

Commentators lamented the lack of Psquare’s music and criticized Peter’s solo career, which showed that he looked like an “artist about to struggle with music.”

Peter wasted no time shooting backwards, answering, “Woke harder!” and scribbling messages with bucket emojis.

Fans have no doubt that he claims he once helped Psquare’s music gain global appeal. He expressed his disappointment, saying it was painful to watch the “Living Legend” drop due to “pride and bad advice.”

Peter responded again with more bucket emojis this time, strengthening his disdainful stance.
