Yoruba Monarch joins the debate about social media influencer Mandy Kiss and her planned Guinness World Record attempt.
Eselu of the Kingdom of Iselu in Ogun State Yewa North of Oba Akintunde Akinyemi wrote an open letter to the governor of Babajide Sanwo-Olu in Lagos State calling on Armest of the content creators.
Earlier this week, Mandy Kiss shared a flyer that announced her plan to set a Guinness World Record for “the highest number of bed companions in 24 hours”. The event is scheduled to be held on October 30, 2025 in Ikorodu, Lagos, with a target of 100 people.
The Guinness World Record quickly denied any involvement, indicating that it did not recognize or track such records. Despite this, Mandy Kiss insists that she will continue her plans.
In his letter, Oba Akinyemi condemned her actions, calling them “shameful” and “shameful”. He said the act embarrassed not only her parents, but also Ogun State, Lagos and the country as a whole.
He warned: “Can she even survive such an act? If she dies in the process, it’s the police that will start arresting young people in Ikorodu.”
Eselu also suggests that Mandy Kiss may be mentally unstable or under the influence of drugs. He urged Governor Sanwo-Olu to get NDLEA to take a drug test and suggested she be taken to a rehabilitation center in Ogun State.
He added: “Her nonsense shows that she may be affected by drugs. The best step is to arrest her and send her back to her parents for recovery.”
