- Leijdekkers are wanted throughout Europe, totaling 74 years and have been seen in family activities with senior officials.
- However, the government denied any contact, saying President Bio did not know the identity of the fugitive.

Sierra Leone’s opposition figure accused Dutch cocaine trafficker Jos Leijdekkers, commonly known as Chubby Jos, allegedly the reason for having children with Agnes Bio, the daughter of President Julius Maada Beio.
Leijdekkers, 34, reportedly wanted for a 74-year verdict throughout Europe, reportedly appeared at events with the Bio family, including New Year’s church services and birthday parties for immigration directors.
Opposition leader Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray claimed the child was born in New York and claimed that the government was protecting Leijdekkers from being removed from office.
The Sierra Leone Ministry of Communications denied the claim, saying that President Bio “has no knowledge of the identity or issues involved in Leijdekkers”, who remained under the demands of drug trafficking, torture and murder in the Netherlands and Belgium.
