Singer Iyanya is calling for more empathy towards celebrities, especially men who face huge pressures in the spotlight.
In a post on X, the singer reminded fans that public figures are also people with emotions and personal struggles, despite the glamor associated with fame.
“We need to understand that celebrities are human beings with deep feelings and struggles just like everyone else. Beyond the media’s glamorization of their lives, they also aspire to be normal people.” he wrote.
“For male celebrities, when one hits rock bottom, there may be a deeper struggle to get back up because men are stoic by nature and don’t show vulnerability and don’t ask for help or they’re seen as weak,” he added.

According to her, the man recorded their intimate moments without her consent and shared the videos with his friends, who allegedly did the same and later sold the explicit clips to porn websites.
Speaking on the podcast, the woman said,
“A woman discovered that her husband and his friends had a WhatsApp group where they installed cameras in their homes, slept with their wives, and unbeknownst to the women, recorded it, edited it and then shared it in the group.”
She went on to explain,
“After they finished editing, they now put it on porn sites and get paid for it. This woman found this out while her children were playing with her husband’s phone.”
The married woman managed to get into the WhatsApp group and was shocked by what she found, the woman recalled.
“She mentioned that the married woman had entered a WhatsApp group where she saw nude videos and was disturbed by them. She decided to take a closer look and spotted her face in one of the videos.”
According to her, the woman found 40 carefully edited explicit videos. Upon further investigation, she traced the videos to being uploaded on a pornographic website.
