    • The exchange highlighted different perspectives on wealth and its impact on society.

Coscharis Group founder Cosmas Maduka addresses socialite Cuba’s chief pastor.

It comes after the celebrity bartender reacted to Maduka’s earlier criticism of his famous phrase “money and water”.

In a WhatsApp message shared on Instagram by Gtext Homes Chairman Stephen Akintayo on Wednesday, Maduka stressed that he had no personal grudge against the Cuban chief pastor and that his previous comments on Nigeria’s value system were not directed at him.

    His words:

“I also just found out about the above, even though I have never met him or been to any of his events, and if I had, I can’t remember it. He was never in my mind when I said I thought we were espousing a wrong value system. I respect his views as he is entitled to his own and I wish him the best in life. May God bless him.”

In other news… A Nigerian woman has gone viral as she recounts her near-death experience after a botched Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery in Lagos, revealing that the procedure was performed by an uncertified nurse.

In a video shared by @dammiedammie35 on X, she warned women seeking plastic surgery:

“You want a facelift, a BBL or liposuction but you know you have to do your own research? I had my body transformed in April and it was the worst mistake of my life. I spent over £7 million treating complications and I’m not exaggerating.”

She explained that she chose the clinic after seeing influencers promoting it online, but a few days after the surgery, things went horribly wrong.

“Please don’t go to the hospital because of influencers. Do your job. There are good hospitals in Lagos but first ask, is your doctor a plastic surgeon? Anything can happen and they will leave you in bed,” she warned.

The woman later discovered that the person who performed the surgery on her was a nurse, not a certified plastic surgeon.

Her revelations sparked a huge response, with many Nigerians sounding the alarm over the growing trend of unsafe cosmetic procedures promoted on social media.
