Nigerian musician Gabriel Oche Amanyi, popularly known as Terry G, recently shared a post online that caught the attention of his fans.

The self-proclaimed “Jesus” of music posted a text message on his Instagram Story asking fans to pray for him. Despite its simplicity, the post sparked concerns about what trouble the “Apaco Master” might be in.

In the message, Terry G asked for prayer but did not explain the reason behind it. His signature symbols are the bell and praying hands emojis, possibly emphasizing the prayer request.

Many among fans and followers have noticed the singer’s recent change in appearance after cutting off her long-standing braids, and their reactions have been a mix of curiosity and concern. Some asked what kind of prayer he needed, while others urged that his request be taken seriously.

One follower commented on the courage it takes to speak out during challenging times, noting the struggles many people face today.

A female fan expressed concern and hoped nothing would happen to Terry G, especially since he was about to perform in Calabar.

Meanwhile, some fans responded humorously, saying they needed prayers too, joking that the singer might be hinting at the release of new music. There has been speculation that “Pray for Me” could be the title of the upcoming single.
