Nigerian comedian Igosaf has shared his humorous yet thought-provoking take on this year’s Hallelujah Challenge theme, “Dress Like Your Miracle.”
The comedian took to Instagram Stories to comment on how participants interpreted the theme, noting that while many dressed according to their own personal wishes and desires, none seemed to represent the idea of a “better Nigeria”.
“Dress like you want a miracle! Do they really dress like one? No one even dresses like a better Nigeria to pray for our dear country,” he wrote, adding a laughing emoji.
“Most of our brains will not be damaged for Nigeria,” he added jokingly.
The Hallelujah Challenge is a popular online praise and worship movement hosted by Nathaniel Bassey that encourages participants to participate in nightly worship services while expressing faith through creative themes.
Igosave’s post sparked reactions on social media, with many Nigerians divided, with some agreeing with his message of patriotism and others simply enjoying his comedic take on the event.
