The marital crisis between Senator Ned Nwoko and actress Regina Daniels continues to draw public attention after new allegations surfaced online, including influencer and Instagram blogger Tunde Ednut.
Regina accused her estranged husband Ned Nwoko of orchestrating the arrests of her siblings. After she made the allegation, her mother, actress Rita Daniels, was seen outside a police station appealing to Nigerians and directly criticizing Nwoko.
Rita accused Nwoko of damaging the family’s reputation despite the support they had given him in the past. She disclosed that Regina donated $50,000 (N71 million) to his campaign and invested time and resources in his political activities.
“You want someone with a high star to lift your fallen star. If you think you can bite the hand that raised you, you will fall.” Rita said.
Tunde Ednut expressed his disbelief by retweeting the viral video on his Instagram page, saying“Never in my life did I know that one day they would say Ned Nwoko married Regina because of her money. This life.”
