    Woman tells how fake job interview in Abuja led to friend's death and her attack

    Nigerian storyteller Kizito has shared shocking findings from his recent investigation into the lives of prostitutes in Lagos. According to him, many women face constant harassment and exploitation, especially from the police.

    Chizito said several women told him that when they were arrested and unable to pay bail, they were forced to pay it in other ways. One of them said:

    “When we are arrested by the Nigerian police without bail, we are forced to pay for sex.”

    He explained that the women’s working conditions were difficult, dealing with frequent police raids, daily tax collection, unsafe conditions and the stigma of the job. Many people also live in poor conditions and lack protection.

    Kizito’s revelations sparked reactions online, with many Nigerians calling for an investigation into the allegations and better protection of vulnerable women.

    His report reveals the difficult realities faced by sex workers in Lagos and the urgent need to address abuse and exploitation in the system.

    Don’t leave your parents’ home until you are comfortable living on your own. The best advice I can give to any teenager about life is not what you may see. Some people leave their parents’ homes because of peer pressure.

    Omooo people have been through a lot

    @zionperi3
    The choices they made were made by no one forcing them and some of them came from able families
