Lieutenant Yerima has been trending online with many social media users expressing support for his actions during Tuesday’s incident when he and other military personnel prevented Wike and his entourage from entering a piece of land in Gaduwa District, Abuja.
Lieutenant Yerima’s sister, known as @QumarMrs on the X platform (formerly Twitter), expressed great pride in her brother after repeatedly watching the video of the confrontation. She shared her support in a tweet that quickly went viral:
“My brother makes me so proud. We are just here eating koko and akara while repeating this video. I promised to do his laundry for a month”.
