- Regina Daniels publicly retaliated against Laila Charani’s accusations that she introduced Laila to drugs and nearly destroyed her marriage, as well as accusations about Regina’s sexual orientation.
- The actress did not deny a same-sex relationship but questioned why Laila was so sure, suggesting there had been intimacy between them in the past.
- She also claimed that Laila was only able to be with her son because of “the evils of polygamy” and suggested that Laila had committed serious “atrocities” in the past.

The ongoing public feud between Senator Ned Nwoko’s estranged wife Regina Daniels and Laila Charani has intensified after Laila’s explosive claims that Regina introduced her to drugs and caused her marriage to nearly collapse.
Regina Daniels has now issued a scathing public rebuttal via her social media, directly questioning Laila’s allegations about her sexuality, parenting and her husband’s role in the family crisis.
Regina Daniels took particular aim at Layla’s accusation that she “sleeps with every girl around her.”
The mother-of-two didn’t outright deny the same-sex relationship, but questioned the certainty and provenance of Laila’s information, hinting at a past relationship between them: “First of all! Publicly saying you can’t keep your kids with me is the most useless and hurtful thing Ned ever ordered his retarded wife to say. I’m the mother of so many kids and it’s tiring. And, saying I’ve slept with every girl? Honestly, sleeping with someone of the same sex is not something I find shameful, but how can another woman be so sure? Haha. Is she so sure because I’ve slept with her too?”
The actress went on to claim that Leila was only able to be with her son because of the inherent shortcomings of polygamy and Leila’s history of dark behavior, while Regina declined to elaborate.
She alluded to serious past crimes, stating: “I wish she also knew that her son and my son couldn’t be together if it weren’t for the evils of polygamy, for all the atrocities we caught him doing that I would never mention! But my son loves him, so what can I do! Better protect my kids Ned! Their foundations are ultimate, don’t use them to weaken me!”
The latest exchange comes after Ned Nwoko publicly defended his marriage to Regina, showing an INEC voter card to prove she was 21 and not 17 when they got married. He also urged the public to treat her claims with caution because of her alleged “The current mental condition has set in and robbed her of any chance of recovery from her illegal drug addiction.”
