In the video, the person claiming to be the nurse said she had done horrific things, such as exchanging a healthy live baby for a dead one. She also claimed that she was selling babies, saying she sold a baby boy for 4.5 million won and a baby girl for 2.5 million won. Her original words that were widely circulated on the Internet were: “We traded a living baby for a dead baby. I sold the newborn boy for £4.5 million and the baby girl for £2.5 million.”
Nigeria’s police and health leaders have yet to confirm whether the video is authentic, who the person is, or whether an arrest has been made.
