In a post shared on his Facebook page, he uploaded a photo of his wife Benedicta with the caption: “Marry a calm woman. I understand why…”
His short but sharp message emphasizes the importance he places on his spouse’s calmness and emotional balance, which means peaceful partners can handle the ups and downs of marriage more easily.
According to Tori News, his suggestion came after singer Innocent “Tuface” Idibia and his wife Natasha Osawaru had a recent conflict during an Instagram Live session hosted by Freeze’s dad.

In other news… A New York pastor, the Rev. Phil Phaneuf, shocked her congregation at North Chili United Methodist Church (UMC) by publicly announcing that she is transitioning to female and will now use she/her pronouns.
Pastor Panav, 51, who was born male, shared the news during a recent Sunday service, claiming she has been undergoing a gender transition.
The veteran pastor, wearing a rainbow shawl, issued his own declaration:
“I am pleased to announce that I am transitioning. I confirm to all of you that I am transgender,” she announced last Sunday.
She further clarified the nature of her transformation:
“The best way to put it is that I’m not going to become a woman, I’m going to give up pretending to be a man.”
Pastor Phaneve told church members that her new name will be Philippa Faye Phaneve, but she will continue to go by “Pastor Phil.” She expressed her understanding of the change and said:
“I’m not going to be the pronoun police… I don’t think anyone would misgender or pronounce someone out of spite.”
The religious leader assured her church members that the only changes resulting from her transition would be physical, noting that she had been undergoing hormone replacement therapy for about three months.
