The dispute centers on drivers demanding extra payments despite the app’s official fare calculations.
According to reports in the viral video, the Bolt app had charged the woman £12,900 for the trip. However, the driver allegedly demanded a total of 15,000 won, leading to a dispute over the difference of 2,100 won.
The video footage reportedly captured the driver hurling abuse at the woman after she refused to pay the hefty fare he demanded.
