Nigerian skit maker and social media personality Chinonso Ukah, popularly known as Nons Miraj, has caused reactions online after sharing her controversial views on relationships.
Nons Miraj said in a recent podcast with actor Taymesan Emmanuel that if a man is struggling financially, he can express true love by renting a house for his girlfriend’s entire family.
She emphasized that such behavior should be expected when dating a woman from a disadvantaged background, a statement that apparently surprised podcast host Taymesan.
“As a man, why can’t your senses tell you that you are attracted to this type of girl, how do you show that you love her? How do you show that you care? You move her and her family from where they live. Yes, rent a place for them. If you were talking to a girl abroad, would you let her live in a place where it rains and stuff comes in through the roof?” she says in the clip.
