“Driven by fame, not love” – Do2dtun on Peller and Jarvis’ drama

    • Do2dtun, commented on the recent car accident involving content creator Peller.
    • Peller was live-streaming during the incident, which raised concerns about his relationship with Jarvis.
    • Do2dtun said the relationship between Peller and Jarvis appeared to be driven by personal interests and the pursuit of fame.

Nigerian media personality, Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, better known as Do2dtun, has weighed in on the recent incident involving popular content creator Pele. Peller was involved in a car accident while on air, and there were reports that his relationship with Jarvis was in trouble.

Do2dtun shared his thoughts on social media, arguing that the connection between Peller and Jarvis appears to be driven more by personal interest, fame and desire for public recognition rather than a true emotional connection.

According to GistLover, he noted that relationships centered on attention and approval often lead to stress, unrealistic expectations and unhealthy patterns.

He further suggested that the two take some time apart in order to rediscover themselves, learn independently, make their own mistakes, and grow without the burden of public scrutiny or expectations.

He said, “Relationships built on interest and approval ultimately leave you with unattainable expectations, the need to live within your means and satisfy the desires of strangers. What are you two other than light camera moves? Anything built to feed people’s energy is a ticking time bomb.

“They all have a long way to go. They’re at a time and age where they’re making mistakes. Living and developing themselves alone, rather than doing it through relationships.

“They tie their innocence to the expectations they create for themselves. We amplify unrealistic expectations. Sadly, when demand is high, it takes away happiness.

“When you grow up thinking that money is the only key against all odds; validating or maintaining a relationship; you just build your own cage. You will move from being happy to being seen.

“Any relationship that requires you to be together in order to be validated will ultimately lack individualism, happiness, and turn towards the appearance of impartiality. One partner will end up feeling cheated.

“Peller & Jarvis are a ticking time bomb. Trust me, they need to move around, test the waters, live and make mistakes alone. They will eventually see their own truth and worth.

“They might even realize they should just be friends, or maybe get together and have an amazing relationship in the future. I wouldn’t rule it out, but they need to live now! and grow alone.

“They grow up so fast and we encourage them. You who support them are the real devils. Kids their age are still living under the roof of their parents. There is no justification for his actions and it’s time he needs to re-evaluate his main role. I would give him the benefit of the doubt.”

“A lot of us are stupid at that age and we just get guidance. These kids are already playing the role of parent, what do you expect?

“Once your children become parents or become your friends in their teenage years, you may lose them. No matter how famous they are, or what they give you, be steadfast in certain things. Fame is fickle, but it needs to be taught and controlled. Even adults can’t stand not talking about children.

“Let kids be kids. We’ve done stupid things at their age too. The only difference is some people don’t have the ability to amplify it. Fame and money are dangerous tools. These kids at this age may even be the breadwinners. Who’s to advise them? Otherwise it’s going to be the other way around. Even if you’re famous, kids need to be kids.

“Peller & Jarvis is not a symbiotic relationship. One will outgrow the other and feel trapped, while the other may feel slighted for giving everything but having no control over the narrative. It’s cute, but toxic. They don’t have us, clicks and what we think could be perfect. Sadly, you’re both invested, hence why it doesn’t work.”
