- Ned Nwoko has revealed that Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has been ordered by a court to undergo drug treatment and undergo an assessment by the Department of Social Welfare, Abuja, before she can continue to visit her two sons in her custody battle with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
- The ruling follows allegations of substance abuse and violence, which Regina denies.

A court has ordered Nollywood actress Regina Daniels to undergo drug treatment and undergo an assessment by the Department of Social Welfare, Abuja, before being allowed to visit her children. This follows a bitter custody battle with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, over their two sons, Munir and Khalifa.
Regina vowed to fight for her children after she recently claimed that Nwoko filed for full custody when they were already in his care. She claimed on Instagram that her husband fired her nannies and forced them to make false statements claiming she was “violent and an alcoholic.” She also criticized her children’s frequent public appearances on social media, saying it was a “deliberate attempt by her husband to gain attention.”
In response, Ned Nwoko issued a statement on Tuesday denying that he had stopped her from seeing her children. He clarified that the court had set specific conditions for her visit. On the drama on social media, Nwoko argued that Regina has also posted information about her children in the past and questioned “Why is she objecting now.”
This court ruling marks a major turning point in their separation, as Regina must now meet these strict requirements in order to be reunited with her sons.
