‘Never again!’ – Tunji Adeleke claims harassment and loss of $23,000 bracelet at popular Lagos nightclub

    • Davido’s cousin Tunji Adeleke spent a night at a Lagos lounge where he allegedly lost a $23,000 bracelet and was harshly treated by security guards.
    • He described the experience as extremely unpleasant and vowed never to return.

Tunji Adeleke, cousin of singer Davido and chairman of the Osun State Local Government Service Commission, complained online about a bad experience at a Lagos lounge.

In a post shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, Tunji said he had a bad night at BOHO, a popular nightlife spot in Lagos. He claimed he lost a luxury bracelet worth approximately $23,000 during his visit.

In response to some people saying they like to party in the lounge, Tungi warned others that people could have a great time but could also suffer huge losses.

He also accused the club’s security team of treating guests roughly, saying people were pepper-sprayed before being allowed inside.

A visibly frustrated Tungi concluded his comments by saying he would never visit Boho again.

In other news… Founder of Mount Liberation and Miracle Ministries, Pastor Chris Okafor has tactfully responded to serious allegations leveled against him by Nollywood actress Doris O’Gara.

O’Gara urged the Department of State Services (DSS) to investigate an alleged incident at Okafor Church which she linked to a construction project. Speaking on the KAA Truths podcast, she called on authorities to “dig up” the church altar, suggesting something might be hidden there.

O’Gara said the incident occurred during construction when part of the building allegedly collapsed, resulting in the death. She also claimed that a blogger later discovered “something on the ground” related to the incident, which reportedly caused panic.

O’Gara added that Pastor Okafor contacted her privately seeking guidance on how to handle the situation and manage the blogger’s reaction. She said:

“DSS should go to that church and open his altar. I won’t say any more. When they were building that place, the structure collapsed and someone died. A blogger also found something on the ground. He called me and asked what he could do to silence the blogger.”

Rather than address the allegations directly or issue a formal statement, Pastor Okafor appears to have taken a different approach. He shared a video of one of his sermons on social media and added a caption containing a biblical reference.

    He wrote:

“When God’s worries become your worries, your worries become His worries. “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it will be done for you. (John 15:7)”
