Nollywood actress and film producer Iyabo Ojo has converted her former house into serviced apartments and film production space.
Iyabo shared a video on her Instagram page on Tuesday, December 23, giving fans an update on her former home and the ongoing work to convert it into serviced apartments.
Taking with her the memories she made in the house, the mother of two showed off her bedroom, the rooms of her children Festus and Priscilla, and the room that belonged to her late mother.
The actress also shared her plans to change certain features of her living room and sent a message to her Nollywood colleagues saying her home can now be used for movie productions.
She wrote in the video’s caption:
“So many great memories…the only constant is change. The serviced apartments are loading…for both personal and film productions.”
Iyabo’s recent video subtly substantiates the rumors surrounding the purchase of a new mansion in Banana Island, an upscale area in Lagos State.
Rumors about the actress’ rumored mansion first surfaced online after a popular Instagram blogger, cutiejuls, congratulated the actress while announcing the good news.
“Congratulations to Her Royal Highness Queen Iyabo Ojo on her new home in Banana Island” the blogger wrote.
