Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala has been embroiled in the ongoing controversy involving Pastor Chris Okafor and social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) and has given the pastor a 24-hour ultimatum.
In a video shared on Instagram, O’Gara asked Pastor Okafor to withdraw his lawsuit against VDM and issue a public apology or risk further “exposure”.
She said, “Did Pastor Chris Okafor’s attorneys actually file a lawsuit against VeryDarkMan? If so, I give Pastor Chris Okafor no more than 24 hours to apologize.”
The lawsuit follows VDM’s viral interview with a woman known as Miss Chi, who claimed to be the pastor’s biological daughter – an allegation Okafor denied, insisting DNA results proved otherwise.
O’Gara called the legal action a “misstep” that could backfire and suggested she had more information that could complicate matters if the case was not withdrawn.
She also reiterated past claims of a long-term romantic relationship with the pastor, while Okafor’s legal team insisted the lawsuit was necessary to resolve defamation issues and protect his reputation.
