- Broad sparked an online debate by discussing his predominantly female workforce.
- He attributes this choice to the social pressures men face, which he believes affects their workplace behavior.
- Broder believes that women experience less social pressure to manage large sums of money with greater integrity.

Broad recently sparked debate online after he shared why the majority of his staff are women.
He explained that men are under more social pressure and women are under less pressure, which in his view affects workplace behavior and integrity when managing large amounts of money.
Broad explained that when men manage millions of naira in a company without misappropriating funds, it is usually because they are happy with what they already have. He acknowledged that women could steal, but he believed it was less common.
To illustrate the scale of its business operations, Blord revealed that by 2025 his company was paying out wages of £1.1bn, averaging around £90m per month, with the majority managed by female staff.
“Women face less pressure in society, while men bear most of the pressure in the world. When a man works in an organization where millions of naira flow through his hands, it does not occur to him to steal, usually because he is happy with what he has.” he said.
His comments sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising his views and others criticizing them as sexist and self-serving. The discussion quickly became a trending topic on social media platforms.
