The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program 2023-2024 is a fully funded scholarship for international students. There are 37 scholarships available for undergraduate studies. The scholarship will cover tuition, books, fees and full housing support for four years.
The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize students from around the world who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and creativity and are recognized as leaders in the university. Particular emphasis is placed on students’ impact on university and social life, as well as their future ability to make positive contributions to global society.

Scholarship Scope/Fees
The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program will cover tuition, books, fees and full housing support for four years. This scholarship is valid only at the University of Toronto.
Eligibility Criteria for the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship
International students nominated by their school will be invited to submit applications to the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program. The full eligibility criteria are:
- Required language: English
- Eligible Countries: All countries in the world
- international students
- Original and creative thinker
- Committed to school and community
- A person who is a high achiever in academic and creative pursuits
- Passionate about learning and intellectual exploration
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Currently in the final year of secondary school or graduating no earlier than June 2022
- Intend to begin study at the University of Toronto in September 2023 (students already enrolled in post-secondary study will not be considered; students commencing study at other post-secondary institutions in January 2023 will not be considered)

- Apply to study at the University of Toronto(external link) Start studying in 2023 and complete your application for admission by the appropriate deadline(external link). Please note that you will be considered for the Pearson Scholarship First choice for University of Toronto courses. You may apply to multiple programs and may gain admission to all; however, if you are awarded a Pearson Scholarship, the scholarship will be limited to your first choice program at the University of Toronto at the time our scholarship decision is made.
